1. What data am I tagging?
When you tag data on Sapien’s platform you are tagging a dataset that Sapien will provide to customers to assist them in training their latest models. We currently have a variety of data collection and annotations available to the public, with more unique and interesting tasks upcoming.
2. How do multipliers work?
The multiplier is currently a basic measure of tagging activity but will become more advanced in future updates. At present, it is determined by a combination of the number of consecutive task completions and the accuracy of those completions. In the future, your multiplier can be increased by participating in staking.
3. What kind of challenges can we expect in future?
Data collection, image and video tagging, audio recognition, translation, copywriting, and spatial interpretation.
4. Do I need any specific skills or experience?
No experience or specific skills are needed to participate! The tasks are designed to be accessible to everyone.
5. How are USDC rewards paid out?
USDC rewards are paid upon task validation. You’ll receive your payout after being sent an email with a form to input your wallet address.
6. How much can I earn?
The amount you earn varies based on the task. You can join as many tasks as you want!
7. Are there limits to how many tasks I can complete?
There’s no limit on how many tasks you complete, but each task has a time window. Be sure to check the availability regularly.
8. How long do I have to complete a task?
Each task has a different deadline, which will be specified when you sign up for it.
9. How will I know if my submission was accepted?
Once you submit a task, it will go through a review process. It can take up to 2 weeks to receive an approval email if your submission is accepted. If the task is rejected, kindly check our resubmission guidelines. You can check your task feedback by clicking into your points and USDC containers.
10. Can I choose which task to complete?
Yes! You’re free to choose from the list of available tasks.
11. What is your payment cycle?
1- QA Review: After you submit your work, our QA process begins. This can take up to 2 weeks.
2- Approval Notification: Once your submissions are approved, you’ll automatically get an email confirmation from Sapien. Your email MUST be linked to your account in your user profile in order to be paid.
3- Payment Email: After approval, your payment will be processed and sent via Airtm. You’ll receive an email from Airtm within 2 weeks after the approval email.
12. How to set up my payment account details?
If you log in through your email, you’re already set!
If you log in through your wallet, you’ll need to add your email by following these simple steps:
1- Log in to Sapien.
2- Access your Tagger Profile from the menu.
3- Select ’Add Email’ in your profile settings.
4- Enter your email address and click Submit.
5- Check your inbox (and Junk/Spam folder) for a login code from Sapien. Enter the code in the app to verify your email.
6- Once verified, your email will be linked to your account.
Quality assessments may take up to two weeks to complete. After confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to AirTM. Follow the instructions on AirTM’s website to complete your profile and provide the required information to receive payments.
13. What payout options are available?
This applies only to USDC tasks. Airtm lets you choose the withdrawal option that works best for you, including:
- Withdraw to a crypto wallet
- Withdraw to a bank account
- Withdraw to cash
14. My points are not saving, how can I fix that?
Always sign in with the same email address; otherwise, points accrued in past sessions will not appear. If the problem persists, please contact the Sapien support team
15. I haven’t received an email from AirTM. What should I do?
Here’s what might be happening:
1- Your submission is still under review. The team is carefully checking all submissions to ensure they meet the task requirements.
2- Your email isn’t linked to your Sapien account. Make sure your email is connected so you can receive updates and payment notifications.
3- The email went to your spam folder. Double-check your inbox and spam folder just in case!
Payments are processed within 2 weeks after approval. If it has been more than 2 weeks and you still haven’t received an email, please open a support ticket.
16. When points will be finalized?
Points are undergoing QA and QC to ensure fairness before conversion. Your points are safe if your work is good.
I referred friends but my bonus didn’t appear yet?
It means your referee’s points are still in the review queue. Once their points are finalized (e.g., once their tags are approved), your bonus points will be updated.
