Set up your AirTM account using the same email linked to your Sapien account to ensure a smooth payment process.


If you’ve received an email from AirTM to claim your prize, you need to ensure your AirTM account is correctly set up to receive payments from Sapien. Follow the (Follow this good practices to succesfully claim your rewards.) steps below to create and link your AirTM account using the correct email.


- Set up your AirTM account using the same email linked to your Sapien account 

- Set up a strong password and complete the account registration process.

- Verify Your Identity on AirTM (Optional, But Recommended)


Important: To avoid payment issues, the email you use for AirTM must be the same as your Sapien account email.

    •    If you already have an AirTM account with a different email, update it in AirTM’s account settings.


Once your AirTM account is set up correctly:


- Open the AirTM email notification you received about your Sapien payment.

- Click the claim link in the email to accept the funds.

- Your balance should now reflect the payment in your AirTM wallet.
