My AirTM account is banned

If your AirTM account is banned, you won’t be able to claim your Sapien rewards. This issue needs to be resolved directly with AirTM Support. Follow the steps below to contact AirTM and request an account review.


Step 1: Confirm Your Account Status


Before reaching out to AirTM, check your account status:


- Log in to AirTM and see if you receive a banned or restricted account message.

- If you can access your account but cannot claim payments, try to verify your identity (if not already done).

- If your account is fully banned, proceed to Step 2.


Step 2: Contact AirTM Support


Since Sapien cannot unblock AirTM accounts, you’ll need to contact AirTM’s support team directly and explain your situation.


How to Contact AirTM Support:

1- Visit the AirTM Help Center.

2- Look for the “Contact Support” or “Submit a Ticket” option.

3- In your message, include the following details:

    •    Your AirTM email address (must match your Sapien email).

    •    State that you are trying to receive payments from Sapien but your account is banned.

    •    Ask for a review of your account status and guidance on next steps.


Step 3: Follow Up with AirTM

    •    AirTM may request identity verification or additional details to unblock your account.

    •    If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, follow up with another support request.

    •    Check your email (including Spam folder) for updates from AirTM.
